In this four-week series, you'll learn basic climbs and skills on the fabric, taking them from the floor to the air, all while building the same flexibility and upper body and grip strength that is so vital to pole.

If you’ve never touched a pole before, this class is perfect for you!

Pole 101 is specifically designed for the absolute beginner and suitable for all women! In this 4-week series, you will learn a choreographed routine that includes pole spins, sexy fillers and floorwork. Our 4-week series are taught in a semi-private setting.

Each level is limited to only 7 girls per session. This ensures that you will receive personalized instruction and you are guaranteed your own pole.
